Jack didn't discover property management in a classroom, he grew up in it. Raised in a family that owned and operated rental properties across the West Shore, he spent his summers learning the realities of managing and maintaining real estate firsthand.

He attended Camp Hill School District before transferring to Shady Side Academy in Fox Chapel, where he graduated, then spent a year playing junior ice hockey before entering real estate. After building hands-on sales experience across residential, investment, mixed-use, and commercial properties, Jack turned his focus to management.

Today he owns several investment properties himself, and manages yours with the same standards he applies to his own.

Our pricing is straightforward: a one-time leasing fee of 80% of one month's rent, plus an ongoing monthly management fee calculated as a percentage of collected rent. That is it. No markups on vendor invoices, no nickel-and-diming on maintenance, no fine print that reverses the deal you thought you signed.
